April 6, 13, 20 & 27 - 2010 Architecture Month Lecture Series (Polk County)
The Iowa Architectural Foundation presents a lecture every Tuesday evening in April free of charge at 7:00 pm. The April 6 lecture with Tom Wollan is called “What Does Green Mean?” and it’s at the Ankeny Arts Center. The April 13 lecture with Thomas Wright is called “Renovation as a Green Building Solution” in Suite 100 at 400 Locust Street in Des Moines. The April 20 lecture involves a panel discussing “How Historic Buildings are Green” at the Flynn Mansion at Living History Farms in Urbandale.
